Cancellation Policy
La Mar 2.0 Booking Policy 1. Purpose This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all participants in water sports and boating activities with La Mar 2.0. It applies to all users, including members, guests, and staff. 2. Safety Requirements Participants must follow staff instructions and safety protocols. Non-compliance may result in removal from the activity without a refund. Life jackets or PFDs must be worn at all times on or near the water. Safety equipment must be used as required. All equipment must be inspected by staff before use. 3. Responsibilities Health: Participants must be in good health and free of impairing medical conditions. Alcohol & Drugs: Use of alcohol or drugs before or during activities is prohibited. Violators will be disqualified. Experience: Participants must declare their level of experience honestly. Only those with verified training may engage in advanced activities. Minors: Parents or guardians must supervise minors and ensure compliance. 4. Weather Conditions Activities will occur only under safe weather conditions. Staff may cancel or delay activities due to adverse conditions. Participants must return to shore if weather changes suddenly. 5. Incident Response Injuries must be reported immediately. Staff will provide first aid and arrange for emergency services if needed. Activities will be suspended in case of serious incidents. 6. Booking & Cancellation Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a €50 fine. Charters must be returned by 8 PM with the same fuel level. Participants are responsible for damages and relinquish rights to claim against La Mar 2.0 for personal injury. By participating, you agree to these policies.
